The Silent Language of Leadership.
Our flagship programme works at every level of an organisation — from the boardroom to the shop floor — recognising that leadership is not a title, it is a practice.
We design each programme around the specific dynamics of your organisation. Before anyone meets a horse, we observe. We ask questions. We sit with the gap between what an organisation believes its challenge to be, and what we can see is actually happening. That gap is where our work begins.
The programme unfolds across three interconnected strands:
Being the leader
for senior teams. We explore what it means to lead authentically: to hold authenticity without fear, to tolerate and harness difference, and to move an organisation through change without losing its people.
Becoming the leader
for middle management. We work with the particular complexity of sitting between direction and delivery — finding your own voice, managing up as well as down, and stepping into accountability without waiting for permission.
Finding the leader in you
for emerging leaders and wider teams. We introduce the principles of the Silent Language, helping individuals identify their leadership style, understand their impact on others, and discover what it means to be genuinely engaged — not merely instrumental.
What to expect
Sessions are structured but responsive, always grounded in the immediate experience of the group. We do not prescribe a leadership style.
We create the conditions in which your own emerges. No riding is involved, and no prior experience of horses is required.
“We knew Andreas’ work through the culture change programme he designed and delivered for us. Bringing our newly formed leadership team to the horses was a pivotal step in the success of this. This really was action learning at its best, and over two days the team gelled as never before. I cannot recommend this highly enough.”
“Simply the most insightful and memorable day we have spent together as a team. Working with the horses hit the spot immediately, and Andreas’ skills ensured amazing learning throughout. Genius!”
“Andreas started by having 1-2-1s with all the leaders to gain their trust as well as to surface themes. The team learned about doing things by themselves or working as a team; pushing for something to happen versus influencing and supporting it to happen; supporting others working by oneself. It was a very powerful session and Andreas worked through scepticism
to help enable action instead of endless conversations. It gave us the tool to move forward through conflict and divergent approaches and into a more cohesive team.”
